Job Summary
Senior Director, Strategic Solutions for the U.S. Space Force and national security space enterprise. Establish new customer relationships across the U.S. Space Force and national security space ecosystem, maintain a robust pipeline, consult with Space Force commands and defense agencies to shape digital transformation and modernization strategies, develop strategic customer engagement plans, identify prospects across the space domain, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new product offerings. Represent C3 AI in engagements with Space Force programs and prime contractors, personally engage in strategic account selling and ongoing customer success. Travel to customer sites up to 30% of the time (or more) depending on business needs. Requires strong technical fluency in AI, ML, data analytics, engineering or computer science, a deep understanding of federal procurement, and a proven DoD/Space Force sales track record.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, science, computer science, or a related technical field of study. Master’s or MBA degree preferred.
- Active Secret security clearance required, with ability to obtain a higher-level clearance (e.g., TS/SCI) as needed.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.
- Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to the Department of Defense and establishing new customers within the U.S. Space Force or broader DoD space community.
