Job Summary
Senior Director Strategic Insights leads Geisinger’s enterprise intelligence and strategy execution backbone, integrating strategic insights, consumer research, and enterprise performance management into a cohesive system that informs decisions and drives accountability for results. Sets the enterprise agenda and standards for analytic rigor, synthesis, sourcing, and executive-level storytelling; oversees enterprise and BU-level market assessments, competitive intelligence, trend analysis, and scenario modeling; coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure insights inform planning, prioritization, and performance management; responsible for maintaining a single enterprise fact base and embedding the voice of the consumer in strategic decisions. Work is performed in an office environment with remote flexibility in Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master\'s Degree (Required)
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years-Related work experience (Required)
- Management: Minimum of 8 years-Managerial/Supervisory (Required)
