Senior Director Strategic Growth Initiatives & Transformation

Lead execution of SharkNinja's highest-priority growth initiatives, focusing on geographic expansion, new channel development, direct-to-consumer growth, and social commerce. Translate strategic priorities into integrated execution plans, defining milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics while building partnerships across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and other key functions. Develop and execute change management strategies to drive stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, and user adoption. Stand up repeatable playbooks, standardized processes, and scalable best practices that allow new markets and categories to launch and scale faster. Diagnose structural, process, and capability gaps, design operating-model changes, and establish enterprise operating rhythms to sustain impact beyond individual initiatives. Communicate initiative progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership, monitor performance against objectives, and recommend course corrections. Build business cases, support investment decisions, and lead post-launch reviews to evaluate business impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
