Senior Director, Strategic Finance - Flag Business

Senior Director of Strategic Finance for Flow's Flag Business will serve as the primary finance partner to the Business Lead of the Flag Business (Property Management), reporting to the CFO. The role embeds within the Property Management organization to drive operational performance, profitability, scalability, and strategic growth, leveraging AI, automation, and data analytics to transform decision-making. Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly financial reviews; building sophisticated financial models to evaluate performance drivers, labor efficiency, occupancy trends, and margin performance; delivering variance analyses and actionable recommendations; developing executive dashboards and management reporting; and partnering with Technology and Operations to enhance data infrastructure and automate processes. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in FP&A or operational finance, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA/CPA preferred), strong financial modeling and communication skills, experience with ERP/BI/SQL tools, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial leadership style. Experience in real estate, property management, or multi-site operations and a track record of leveraging AI and analytics in finance is strongly preferred.
