Job Summary
Forecast, plan, and manage performance for a business unit by translating complex data into actionable insights that guide growth and capital allocation. Lead budgeting and long-range planning, build financial models, and evaluate initiatives across revenue, margin, and cost structure while tracking KPIs and identifying variance drivers. Partner with operations, product, and go-to-market teams to guide pricing, resource allocation, and cost optimization decisions. Requires 6+ years in an in-house finance role and 3-6 years in investment-facing environments. Based in New York, San Francisco, or Los Angeles with onsite, five-day work weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or highly analytical field
- 3-6 years in an investment-facing environment (e.g. Investment Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Hedge Funds), with direct exposure to deploying capital or supporting investment decisions
- 6+ years in an in-house finance role, partnering closely with operators to drive business performance
- Strong problem-solving ability, with structured thinking and a high degree of intellectual rigor
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- This role is based in our New York, San Francisco or Los Angeles office location
- all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week
