Job Summary

Manage and lead processes for continuous improvement of customer experience through implementation reviews, progress tracking, and betterment projects. Determine specific customer expectations, plan project timelines, and direct scope, goals, and deadlines while coaching and mentoring project team members. Identify and resolve issues by liaising with stakeholders, managing scope changes, and devising contingency plans for potential crises. Analyze data to determine project success, manage dependencies, and assess staffing needs. Prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations; develop best practices for project execution; and conduct postmortems to identify successful and unsuccessful elements. Provide guidance on contract and operational expectations to Program and Project Managers while establishing financial oversight of inventory and services.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing or computer technology related field
  • Associate's degree in business administration, finance, marketing or computer technology related field with at least nine (9) years of business experience in similar based business and operations, customer service/call centers and four (4) years of related financial and/or process leadership experience, preferably within the service industry and/or with security
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least twelve (12) years of business experience in similar based business and operations, customer service/call centers and five (5) years of related financial and/or process leadership experience, preferably within the service industry and/or with security
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of business experience in similar based business and operations, customer service/call centers
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related financial and/or process leadership experience, preferably within the service industry and/or with security
  • Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Organizational skills, managing shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Sound independent judgment and discretion
  • Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including with clients utilizing effective oral and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of all key corporate functions, their roles in the organization, and the ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with key contacts in corporate functions
  • Solid understanding of operational/department functions at the district/region and corporate levels
  • Ability to travel as needed for operational and business development related projects
  • Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or above in business administration, finance, or computer technology related field
  • Prior work history involving Profit and Loss responsibility
