Job Summary
Senior Director, Strategic Account Manager responsible for driving Zinnia’s client experience and outcomes across executive client relationships. Partner with client executives and internal delivery teams to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction, governance, and delivery of strategic objectives. Lead the development of client account strategy, tie client needs to Zinnia offerings and roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, and enable opportunities to deliver ROI for clients. Develop trusted advisor relationships, communicate end-to-end client experience, and ensure alignment across Zinnia functions to meet client goals while steering governance, prioritization, and success metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, finance, accounting or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in relationship management, consulting, strategic advisory or other leadership roles
- Life insurance industry understanding, especially annuities preferred
- Industry certifications a plus
- Strong technology-related skills / tech savvy
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize and present data
- Strong empathy for clients and ability to align Zinnia services to client needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; negotiation and conflict management skills
- Proven problem solving, critical reasoning, and influencing skills
- Ability to travel a minimum of 25%
- Self-starter with high energy and results orientation
- Ability to lead employees in a matrix environment
