Job Summary
Lead RWE solution strategy, sales, and delivery oversight for complex, multi-offering engagements, driving revenue growth and margin expansion in partnership with global Evidence Generation teams. Act as a senior subject matter expert to design integrated, client-specific solutions for External Comparator Studies, Evidence Platforms, and Multi-Country Real World Database studies while mobilizing the IQVIA expert network. Build and sustain senior-level headquarters client relationships with Clinical Operations, RWE, and Medical Affairs to advance pipeline development and generate downstream demand. Execute systematic early engagement with client asset teams to address current RWE needs and ensure profitable delivery of paid projects. This role serves as the method- and offering-agnostic face of One IQVIA, shaping client strategy across global and regional headquarters and U.S. affiliate life sciences clients.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in a scientific discipline (e.g., life sciences, epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, or a related field)
- 10+ years of experience in Real World Evidence, specifically External Comparator Studies, Evidence Platforms, Integrated Evidence Strategy, Multi‐Country Real World Database studies, pragmatic studies, and real‐world extension studies
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue target
- Strong executive‐level stakeholder engagement across Medical Affairs, RWE, HEOR, Epidemiology, Safety, Market Access, and Commercial teams
- Recognized RWE thought leader with experience across multiple RWE methodologies and study types
- Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and shape solutions that align evidence generation with medical and commercial strategy
- Highly collaborative leader with a consultative client approach and proven internal influence
- Strong people leadership and execution focus, translating strategy into delivery through cross‐functional teams
