Senior Director, Software Engineering

Senior Director of Software Engineering leading a high-impact, global team of engineers and product managers embedded within the core Engineering organization. You will build and scale a global team of SMEs across Tableau products and services, proactively engage at-risk customers to resolve technical blockers, partner with top strategic accounts to ensure successful implementations, and define intake/exit criteria for engagements. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco, CA or Bellevue, WA and requires extensive experience in engineering leadership, cross-functional collaboration with field and product teams, and a track record of delivering large-scale distributed systems and technical escalations at enterprise scale.
