Job Summary
Lead and orchestrate an integrated marketing strategy across product, creative/social, creators, lifecycle, earned media and paid channels. Define content placement across social, owned channels, and campaigns; translate product innovations, especially AI-driven capabilities, into clear narratives that drive adoption; partner with product and creative to ensure cohesive storytelling from feature to campaign; establish a modern, fast marketing operating model; ensure the team delivers at speed aligned to business priorities; scale creator and community-led storytelling as a growth engine; drive AI-enabled go-to-market approaches; own growth metrics including awareness, engagement, conversion, and product usage; track performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience across product marketing, brand, and growth in modern, fast-moving environments
- Experience in a startup or zero-to-one environment; you’ve built, not just optimized
- Strong creative instincts paired with performance discipline
- Deep understanding of social, creator ecosystems, and content-driven growth
- A point of view on how AI is transforming marketing, and hands-on experience using it
- High level of ownership, low ego, and a bias toward action
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure where needed
- Genuine care for the product and the people building it
