Senior Director, Security Technology Specialist

Job Summary
Deliver subject matter expert knowledge on designated specialist focus areas to accelerate time to value for Fortune 100 and 500 customers. Conduct complex, customized demonstrations and proof of value to highlight outcomes, while navigating technical decision points to aid product adoption. Manage readiness for hands-on technical onboarding, assist with initial configuration, and collaborate with Account Technology Strategists, Account Executives, and Solution Architects to establish a shared vision. Provide bi-directional feedback to Product Management to influence roadmaps and contribute to internal initiatives like webinars and reference architectures. Support the field with emerging technical needs, uncover use cases, and remove barriers to adoption across multiple simultaneous engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical domain, including but not limited to Computer Science, Engineering IT, or equivalent experience
- 8 + years in a high-tech customer-facing role (Professional Services, engineering, systems administrator, sales engineering, or consulting)
- High level of specialized knowledge of Cloud Software Group products, including Citrix and NetScaler
- Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Certifications
- Ability to effectively deliver and implement technical projects across multiple simultaneous engagements in a customer-facing capacity
- Excellent oral, written skills and presentation skills
- An excellent customer service demeanor and able to engage with different levels of audiences
