Job Summary
Senior Director, Security Operations responsible for developing and overseeing threat hunting, detection and incident response programs firm-wide, including malware analysis, SIEM administration, and incident containment. Provides technical leadership across information security platforms; serves as final escalation point for threat hunting, detection/analysis and incident response; partners with IT to maintain best practices for security of internal systems; communicates with senior leadership and participates in technology selection; requires strong written/oral communication, ability to lead diverse technical teams, and hands-on experience in DFIR, threat intelligence, and security operations.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in a technology related discipline or 4 years of relevant experience
- Graduate Degree in cybersecurity discipline is preferred
- CISSP certification is required
- 1-3 years of full-time experience leading and managing information security professionals
- 3-5 years of full-time experience in a cybersecurity role dedicated to incident response, digital forensics, threat hunting or event analysis
- 5-7 years of combined experience in intelligence, cybersecurity or information technology
- Two of the following certifications: CISM, CSX-P, GIAC GREM OSCP, GIAC GCIH
