Job Summary
Develop and maintain integrated Scientific Communication Platforms across the gene therapy portfolio, translating clinical data into evidence-based narratives for diverse stakeholder audiences. Lead global publication planning and execution, overseeing manuscript development, abstracts, and presentations while managing external vendors and adhering to strict ethical standards. Coordinate congress content strategy and support investigator meetings to maximize the impact of scientific data. Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to align scientific and business priorities. Report to the Executive Director, Global Head of Medical Affairs.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD)
- 8–12+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, Publications, or Clinical Development
- Demonstrated expertise in publication planning, scientific narrative development, and SCP creation
- Excellent written, verbal, and strategic communication skills
