Seeking a Senior Director for Salesforce, QA, and Release Management. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years in managing Salesforce platforms, QA teams, and release management processes
- Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Proven track record in AI integration within Salesforce
- Expertise in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and release management best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
