Job Summary
Senior Director, Sales Strategy responsible for shaping go-to-market strategy, resource allocation, and performance targets across sales leadership. Lead analytics-driven initiatives (pipeline, ACV, product performance) and develop executive-level presentations for leadership and board/QBR meetings. Build dashboards and sales tools, perform ad hoc analyses across data sources, and partner with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, marketing) to drive sales optimization and operational flexibility. Requires 10+ years in management consulting and/or sales strategy/operations, strong leadership of large teams, strategic and quantitative mindset, and ability to interact with senior management. Location-based role based in San Francisco, CA.
