Job Summary
Senior Director, Sales Programs at Bluehost leads the strategy, creation and execution of scalable sales programs across inbound, outbound, and affiliate/partner channels to drive pipeline, conversion, and seller productivity. Partners with Marketing, RevOps, Finance, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to align on pipeline strategy, KPIs, and CRM workflows, and to embed AI-driven insights for forecasting and opportunity management. Responsible for cross-functional leadership, program adoption during GTM transformation, and reducing friction in tools and processes to improve seller efficiency. Target compensation range is $160,000 to $190,000 annually. Remote, United States.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, GTM Strategy or Sales Operations
- Deep understanding of ICPs, customer segments, buying center and personas; tailoring messaging and offerings
- Experience in SaaS, hosting, digital services, or affiliate-driven ecosystems
- Proven track record of improving pipeline conversion, revenue predictability, and sales productivity
- Experience with multi-channel GTM models (inbound, outbound, partnerships/affiliates)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing cross-functional decisions
- Exposure to AI/advanced analytics in sales preferred
- Ability to lead program adoption during GTM transformation
- Ability to standardize sales playbooks and enable onboarding ramp
