Job Summary
As a Senior Director of Regional Sales, you will lead a sales team focused on developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with key accounts. Responsibilities include driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and defining the sales strategy in alignment with business priorities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial background with a proven track record in sales, particularly in high-level client engagement and managing seasoned sales professionals. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with significant experience in the software eco-system, particularly within embedded, cloud, enterprise, and open-source software.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of experience within sales and account management
- Major account planning experience with large deal negotiation
- Experience as an individual contributor exceeding assigned quota
- Strong and comprehensive understanding of the software eco-system
- Ability to operate in a matrix environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior management
- Proven experience dealing with complex business and software development processes
- Deployment of value-based and/or consultative sales approach to technical and executive-level decision makers
