Job Summary
Senior Director – Sales (Go To Market) responsible for leading Indonesia's GTM strategy, driving bookings and pipeline growth, and expanding market presence. The role oversees enterprise sales leadership, presales/solution specialists, and develops executive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include guiding overall sales performance, coaching high-performing teams, coordinating with regional leadership, leading solution demonstrations and RFP/POC engagements, and collaborating with product and engineering to align market needs with offerings. The position requires building trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and managing channel/partner ecosystems, while ensuring regulatory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs within the Indonesia market.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or related industries
- Proven track record leading enterprise sales and GTM functions in Indonesia
- Strong experience managing solution consulting, solution specialists, or presales organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
