Job Summary
Senior Director of Sales & Business Development to lead revenue growth, define sales strategy with the Division President, manage enterprise sales, develop go-to-market plans, expand business with new and existing accounts, and lead a high-performing sales organization (inside sales, account management, and external channels). Focus on partnerships with major beauty brands, retailers, and contract manufacturers; travel 30–40%; hybrid work model in Ronkonkoma, NY. Requires strategic leadership, strong negotiation and relationship-building, KPI-driven performance management, cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred; 10+ years in sales/business development with 5+ years in leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and business development
- 5+ years in a leadership/management role
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and scaling B2B sales organizations
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, packaging, or CPG industry preferred (not required)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
