Job Summary
Senior Director leading the full revenue lifecycle for Scientific Support Services in the West Coast Life Sciences market. Drives growth, develops and commercializes differentiated offerings, and partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, market-ready solutions. Responsibilities include pipeline creation and management, deal execution and solutioning, pricing strategy, negotiations on RFPs and renewals, and expansion into strategic accounts while maintaining a focus on profitability and client value. Strong emphasis on strategic advisory support to account teams, market intelligence, and articulation of ROI to senior stakeholders; demands exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years’ experience in commercial, sales, or revenue leadership roles
- 10+ years’ experience in the Life Sciences sector
- Minimum of 5 years in solutions development, commercialization, or complex deal structuring
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder commercial agreements
- Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of managing a high-value, multi-deal opportunity pipeline concurrently
