Senior Director, RIS Independent Software Vendor (ISV)

Senior Director leads RIS ISV initiatives, partnering with executive leadership to align strategic partnerships with business objectives. Responsibilities include pipeline and lead management, development and execution of strategic plans, oversight of partnership management, representing the organization at industry events, managing key vendor partnerships, and driving business growth through innovative solutions, performance tracking, and continuous optimization. Develops and leads planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of services business development initiatives; collaborates with senior leadership to define strategic requirements for partnership opportunities; drives qualification and management of leads to enhance sales pipeline and revenue targets; develops organizational-level strategic and tactical plans; drives talent management including recruitment and coaching; advises executive management on strategic direction and policy development; develops and monitors KPIs to track progress; represents the organization at industry events and networking opportunities; directs creation of inventive concepts and value propositions for service solutions; drives global vendor partnerships and budget sponsorship; evaluates vendor performance. Education & Experience includes four-year or graduate degree in CS/BA or related, 15+ years of experience in services or solutions business, sales, business development, engagement or related field. Knowledge & Skills include auditing, automation, bid management, business development, finance, marketing, project management, proposal management, Salesforce, value propositions, and cross-org skills like customer centricity, prioritization, and resilience.
