Senior Director, Revenue Operations

Develop and implement the Company's first Order-to-Cash business processes by working with internal and external stakeholders to support the anticipated product launch. Build and maintain gross to net revenue and inventory accounting policies, develop necessary reporting within Oracle for month end close, and implement robust internal controls related to the revenue and inventory process. Review relevant contracts, including 3PL and specialty distribution agreements, to ensure proper accounting and oversee the delivery of accurate and timely accounting for revenue transactions. Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Market Access, Commercial, and Manufacturing teams to develop appropriate gross to net accounting and review accounting impacts to accounts receivable, COGS, and inventory. This position is based in the Woburn office with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of two days on-site per week.
