Senior Director, Regional Operations

Job Summary
Oversee regional teams and facilities employees, managing recognition, reviews, career development, corrective actions, and scheduling while interviewing and hiring new staff. Maintain operations policies, procedures, and guidelines, and support implementation management for key accounts to ensure successful service delivery. Manage day-to-day operations of Air, Power, Fire, and Access, proactively developing maintenance activities and reporting on SLA and capacity thresholds. Lead security management, including access control, post-mortems, and vendor oversight, while administering asset tracking and daily shift reporting. Generate annual OpEx and CapEx budgets, present capital project requests, and manage strategic initiatives. Ensure regulatory compliance through SAS 70, SOX, and SOC 2 audits, and resolve customer issues and alerts. Lead the team to fulfill the vision roadmap with strong communication skills and ownership of business performance.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years' experience in managing critical facilities, preferably in a data center environment
- 12+ years supervisory or personnel management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field (equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree)
- U.S. Citizenship
