Senior Director, Recruitment, Undergraduate Admissions

Job Summary
Lead the Undergraduate Admissions team to build awareness and connections with prospective students through recruitment, events, and alumni engagement. Design and execute an annual plan to recruit and yield best-fit applications across ten New York undergraduate schools. Manage departmental services, delegate work, and provide oversight to ensure processes effectively support the full admission lifecycle. Make data-driven recommendations to modify recruitment strategies and admissions policies. Oversee outreach to high schools, virtual programming, and partnership development while liaising with internal leadership to optimize processes. Partner with recruitment leads at the ten schools to improve outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years progressively responsible professional experience with undergraduate administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must include previous experience in managing staff
- Must include previous experience in an admissions office or academic setting including student recruitment, financial aid or student life
- Valid driver's license
- Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, and strategic problem solving skills
- Strong data analysis and technical skills with experience in developing actionable recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to manage, lead and mentor staff
