Job Summary
Establish and execute long-term real estate strategy for the Latin America & Caribbean region, aligning portfolio planning with global frameworks, business needs, and workforce models. Oversee complex regional transactions, lead end-to-end office buildouts from design to occupancy, and manage operating and capital budgets with fiscal stewardship. Provide senior-level insights on portfolio performance, market conditions, and geopolitical risks while partnering with Global Real Estate leadership to refine enterprise standards. Lead and mentor a regional real estate and facilities team, fostering collaboration across a multicultural environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. This hybrid position expects three days in the office per week.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD)
- 5 years of work experience with a PhD
- Visa requires at least 3 days in office
- Travel 5-10% of the time

- 9+ years of experience with a PhD
- 15+ years of progressive corporate real estate experience managing complex portfolios, transactions, and capital programs across LAC
- Strong financial acumen managing large operating and capital budgets
- Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams within matrixed, multicultural organizations
- Experience with governance, risk management, and compliance across multiple markets
- Degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise with advanced analytics and digital real estate platforms
- Professional certifications (e.g., MCR, CFM, LEED AP, WELL AP)
