Job Summary
As a Senior Promotions Director at PrizePicks, you will lead the promotional strategy to maximize player engagement and loyalty. The role requires delivering a coherent promotional strategy, optimizing a significant monthly budget, and developing customer segmentation strategies. You will engage with executive leadership, driving brand loyalty through impactful promotions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position demands over 8 years of experience in the relevant field, with strong analytical and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Retention or Revenue Operations
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation
- Proven experience managing and optimizing a large budget
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a mobile-first, fast-paced consumer technology or gaming environment
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in gaming, fantasy sports, or sports betting
- Industry and/or existing organic interest in the PrizePicks product
