Job Summary
Lead and manage the IBRI project management and portfolio systems to ensure full lifecycle delivery of research and translational projects. Develop target data packages, track progress against milestones, and adjust plans to address delays while coordinating budgets and workplans with finance and scientists. Act as the primary point of contact for CROs and consultants, monitoring performance and ensuring quality standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, philanthropy, and internal stakeholders to streamline workflows, mitigate risk, and optimize funding success. Identify opportunities to improve governance tools and technologies, regularly reporting portfolio status to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. degree
- Minimum 7 years project management experience
- experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech life sciences company
- Strong leadership and networking skills
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for project and governance management
