Job Summary
Lead and direct multiple cross-functional program teams through the full lifecycle of complex initiatives, owning strategy, execution, and delivery. Define program strategy, timelines, and resource plans that meet business objectives, and drive teams to execute against them. Partner across functions to maintain alignment on priorities, dependencies, and decisions throughout each program. Build and implement risk management and contingency plans to keep programs on track. Communicate program status, priorities, and decisions clearly and consistently to team members and stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Serve as the face of your program(s) to the executive leadership team, representing progress, risks, and outcomes. Lead resolution of issues and conflicts within and across teams, escalating when appropriate. Coach and develop team members, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of program/project management experience
- 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
