Job Summary
Develop and execute program strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring large programs are managed cohesively and efficiently. Provide leadership in the planning, initiation, and execution of multiple concurrent projects within a program, ensuring consistency and quality across the portfolio. Lead and mentor a team of project managers and senior leaders, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Serve as the central coordinator for engineering and construction operations, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Manage resource allocation, financial oversight, and risk mitigation while acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in program or project management within engineering and construction
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role establishing program management functions or transforming organizational structures
- Extensive program management experience within the telecom construction and engineering sector
- Proven ability to lead and mentor large teams, drive collaboration, and foster a high-performance culture
- Strong background in budget management, forecasting, and financial optimization
- In-depth knowledge of engineering and construction project delivery, program management methodologies, and operational integration strategies
- Demonstrated ability to assess and mitigate technical, financial, and operational risks
- Excellent ability to convey complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and senior leadership
- Deep understanding of industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively
- Ability to travel as needed to project sites, client meetings, and company locations
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to fast-paced environments
