Job Summary
Senior Director of Product Strategy responsible for driving vision, strategy, and execution of internal product initiatives with a focus on Generative AI and intelligent automation to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Leads and mentors Product Managers and Designers, oversees product operations, ensures alignment across business portfolios, collaborates with IT, data science, and executive leadership, and delivers end-to-end enterprise solutions with emphasis on governance, security, and regulatory compliance. The role includes developing compelling product roadmaps, managing cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence across enterprise functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, product operations or related roles
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex enterprise-level products or solutions
- Experience with Generative AI, analytics, or intelligent automation initiatives is preferred
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with a coaching mindset
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of product management methodologies, agile practices, and software development lifecycles
- Experience in enterprise operations, process optimization, and driving operational efficiency
- Entrepreneurial experience or driving new initiatives within a large organization
- Willingness to drive transformation in problem-solving approaches
