Job Summary
Define and execute the technology strategy and product roadmap for Finance and Human Resources capabilities, partnering with senior stakeholders to identify innovation and automation opportunities. Lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable solutions while driving modernization across enterprise reporting, workforce analytics, and business management platforms. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leadership, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards. Facilitate prioritization decisions, manage vendor relationships, and monitor technology health metrics to drive operational efficiency. Work in a hybrid format in Letterkenny, reporting to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise technology products, applications, or platforms
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Finance, Human Resources, or corporate functions
- Experience leading complex technology initiatives and organizational transformation programs
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product management principles
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to influence decision-making across business and technology organizations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, asset management, insurance, banking, or another regulated industry
- Experience supporting Workday, enterprise reporting, workforce analytics, or financial management platforms
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, data platforms, analytics, and automation capabilities
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams and external partners
- Familiarity with Power BI, Azure, modern integration architectures, and enterprise data management practices
