Job Summary
Own GTM strategy for MuleSoft and Agent Fabric launches, driving sales plays, launch planning, and sales enablement across integration, API management, and Agent Fabric portfolios. Build post-sale adoption and lifecycle programs partnering with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to accelerate time-to-value, reduce churn, and drive expansion revenue. Define and track adoption KPIs, translate insights into campaigns, and lead segmentation strategy for evolving customer tiers. Manage a team of 2–4 product marketers, setting priorities, growing careers, and fostering a culture of clarity and accountability. Serve as the trusted voice for MuleSoft GTM in senior-level forums, QBRs, and customer briefings while ensuring consistent pre-sale and post-sale messaging.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise software
- deep domain fluency in integration, API management, or agentic AI
- Proven GTM leadership: owned end-to-end launches, built positioning & sales plays from scratch, and influenced pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Adoption and lifecycle marketing experience: moved customers from signed to activated to expanded and built the programs to prove it
- Exceptional people leadership: grown high-performing PMM teams, set priorities under ambiguity, and architected a motion from zero
- Executive presence and cross-functional range: comfortable presenting to the C-suite, influencing Product, Sales and CS, and representing marketing in high-stakes conversations
- Sharp communicator who can distill complex technical capabilities into compelling customer-facing narratives
