Job Summary
Senior Director, Product Management for SimCorp ONE leads the platform strategy and coherence across core capabilities (SC1 View, Action Center, APIs) to deliver a unified, high-performance platform for investment management. Owns multi-year roadmap, guides platform governance, and mentors PMs while coordinating with engineering, design, and commercial teams. Responsible for aligning product strategy with architecture, data management, and AI-enabled workflows; represents the platform to clients, prospects, and senior leadership; drives cross-domain execution and prioritization in a global, matrixed organization. The role emphasizes AI-native product leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a hands-on, value-driven approach to delivering end-to-end product experiences for CIOs, Portfolio Managers, Risk Managers, and Performance teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience driving AI product strategy in Investment Management SaaS platforms
- Proven product management leadership with cross-functional teams
- Experience defining and delivering platform-level product roadmaps (SC1 View, Action Center, APIs)
- Strong stakeholder engagement with executives, clients, and cross-disciplinary partners
- Ability to align product strategy with architecture, design, and commercial aims
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex domain requirements into actionable product plans
- Experience in hybrid work environments and guiding distributed teams
