Job Summary
Senior Director, Product Management responsible for leading the Identity & Access Management product portfolio within a cloud-based platform environment. You will set strategic vision, develop roadmaps, and partner with customers, partners, and internal teams to translate business and user needs into actionable requirements and solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, leadership of a diverse product management team, and driving business outcomes in an agile/lean setting, with a strong focus on security, data protection, and enterprise software delivery. You will collaborate across engineering and operations to plan, deliver, and iterate platform products and services, while ensuring customer empathy, strong communication to executive stakeholders, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Security or related fields
- 10+ years in a technical product management or related role
- 5+ years of people management experience with distributed and global teams
- Experience delivering technical cloud-based and enterprise software
- Demonstrated ability to assemble and redefine technical product requirements into an actionable roadmap
- Experience working in an agile/lean environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presenting to executive leadership
- Track record of building alliances in a matrix environment
