Job Summary
Develop Epsilon's Clean Room collaboration features by setting strategic direction, defining roadmaps, and managing the full product lifecycle from design through launch. Translate needs of data owners and buyers into revenue-generating solutions while aligning the Marketing team on positioning, ideation, and hiring. Lead cross-functional partnerships to drive growth, communicate plans to stakeholders, and recommend continuous improvements for the Product organization. Maintain deep knowledge of cloud data warehouses, clean room technology, and the evolving data privacy landscape to inform product strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Deep industry knowledge of the role of data to drive Marketing and Advertising strategies
- A minimum of 7 years in a Product role focused on Data Driven Advertising or Data Clean Rooms
- Strong collaboration skills and commitment to interdisciplinary thinking, with the ability to work across teams focused on strategy, technology, and data in service to new product solutions
- Must be able to lead product transformation visioning and roadmap, while at the same time being comfortable in rolling up sleeves and lead the day-to-day activities
- Successful managing and delivering a wide variety product solution to internal and external stakeholders
- Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills
- Proven experience influencing a business or marketing strategy through the application and/or management of competitive information, market awareness and product positioning
- Ability to think strategically and 'big picture', to formulate appropriate product solutions to solve client business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and adept at developing relationships across diverse teams (including statistical, technical, and marketing resources)
- Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative
- BA/BS degree
- Knowledge of the intersections between cloud data warehouses, clean room technology and the applications being built on top of them
- Strong understanding of the data privacy landscape and how it is affecting the MarTech and AdTech industries
- Grasp how the market for data collaboration is evolving, where the demand is heading, and demonstrate a strategic vision for how brands and data owners will transact with one another in the future of the Advertising Technology and Media ecosystem
