Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the North America Detection, Alarms & Suppression portfolio, defining vision, managing lifecycle decisions, and driving profitable growth. Lead a high-performing product organization to synthesize market, consumer, and regulatory insights into prioritized innovation opportunities and roadmap execution. Oversee new product launches from ideation through commercialization while establishing decision frameworks that balance consumer value, code compliance, and financial impact. Provide senior leadership visibility on portfolio priorities, risks, and trade-offs to support effective business decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives. Manage product portfolio health, including SKU strategy, pricing/mix inputs, and margin improvement, while championing evidence-based decision-making and data-driven performance tracking.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive product management, portfolio leadership, or related category/business leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be able to travel 25%
