Job Summary

Define multi-year product direction and domain boundaries for manufacturing, warehousing, and co-manufacturing operations. Shape portfolio-level investment decisions, translate business priorities into sequenced roadmaps, and establish outcome-focused goals to drive reliability, throughput, and inventory readiness. Own product delivery across planning and enablement domains while standardizing discovery practices and partnering with engineering and data leaders to simplify fragmented tools. Develop senior product leaders, refine the Product Operating Model, and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the Digital Enablement organization. This senior leadership role requires navigating complex supply chain workflows to turn digital capabilities into a competitive advantage for the North America network.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience in complex operational environments
  • Experience leading multi-domain product portfolios within a matrixed enterprise
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to or maturing a Product Operating Model
  • Strong understanding of operational performance metrics (service levels, OTIF, cost optimization, network performance)
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and navigate competing priorities
  • Ability to operate effectively in environments balancing transformation with business continuity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced degree
  • Interest in how emerging technologies, including AI, can improve supply chain delivery and workflows
  • Experience working within ERP-enabled environments (SAP or similar)
  • Experience in distributed manufacturing or third-party production networks
  • Familiarity with data platforms and analytics-driven operational decision-making
  • Experience leading digital transformation within a large enterprise
  • Exposure to and experience in manufacturing systems or OT/IT integration such as MES, historians, SCADA, PLC‐adjacent systems, and OT/IT cybersecurity considerations
  • Experience with distinct warehousing operational nuances (e.g., yard, dock, slotting, inventory accuracy, labor management, space utilization, and physical flow constraints)
  • Experience in regulated or audit‐driven environments such as GMP / GFSI / FDA‐regulated environments where validation and change control matter
  • Strategic clarity - Defines a clear long-term vision and makes it easy for teams and stakeholders to understand what matters most and why while managing complexity and tradeoffs
  • Enterprise collaboration - Builds alignment across business and technology partners
  • Builder mindset - Develops strong product managers, creates confidence and capability, and reinforces a modern product mindset across the organization

  • 10+ years of product management experience in complex operational environments (CPG, retail, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain preferred)
