Job Summary
Sets strategy and vision for the Product Management function, oversees a broad portfolio of products, and drives product-related strategies across multiple segments and geographies. Leads staff, builds business cases, and ensures alignment with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements. Collaborates with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (Relationship Management/Business Development/Account Management and Marketing) to define strategic product offerings, guides product development across global products, and manages financial growth and profitability. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff; provides feedback at critical moments; and ensures that work aligns with business direction and objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
