Senior Director, Product Management

Establish a multi-year roadmap for foundational technologies while balancing innovation with the reliability required of a global financial institution. Serve as the primary strategic bridge between Mexico-based engineering hubs and US-based business leadership, crafting a compelling Point of View to gain buy-in across disparate stakeholders. Lead and grow a team of 10+ Product Managers by raising Product Craft in the region and providing guardrails to empowered teams. Break down massive architectural shifts into iterative releases to ensure continuous, measurable value delivery. Treat internal platforms with the same rigor as consumer-facing apps, advocating for self-service capabilities, API-first design, and world-class documentation. This role requires at least 7 years of digital product management experience, 5 years in people leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish.
