Job Summary
Lead Marty, the AI agent ecosystem, and drive product execution across POS, payments, payroll, banking, and card issuing. Own the cross-product roadmap to achieve 90% payment attachment and 25% adoption of embedded finance services within 12 months. Partner with engineering to set priorities, clarify specs, and improve execution velocity for high-impact financial releases. Deliver $5M+ ARR in embedded finance while building a scalable product organization that hires PMs, AI talent, and designers. Establish standards and operating rhythms to strengthen cross-functional collaboration. Transform Lavu's profitable, scale-ready platform into a category-dominating financial operating system for restaurants globally.
Required Qualifications
- Built and scaled fintech or embedded finance products
- Experience with payments, payroll, banking, or card issuing
- Strong understanding of platform architecture
- Experience owning data or AI-driven product systems
- Can partner deeply with senior engineering leaders
- Owned zero-to-one and scaled one-to-ten products
- Delivered complex, regulated, multi-product environments
- Improved execution velocity and product quality
- Strong understanding of product economics and monetization
- Clear communicator who creates alignment
- Can influence cross-functionally without drama or politics
- Operates with urgency, clarity, and ownership
- Can immediately lead Product at scale
