Job Summary
Engage with customers at department and director levels to identify high-value problems affecting technology milestones and drive multi-year strategy with Account GMs. Provide technical leadership in developing DVS solutions across business units and actively drive new technology adoption at customer sites through demos, on-site evaluations, and joint development programs. Manage a team responsible for on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment, while overseeing demand planning and financial forecasts. Mentor new managers and implement training plans to enhance team capabilities in semiconductor metrology, inspection, and process control technologies.
Required Qualifications
- MS in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
- 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience in customer engineering, field service, process support, or applications
- Strong background in semiconductor metrology, inspection, or process control technologies
- 5+ years of experience leading managers and multi-level technical organizations
- Proven track record of supporting strategic semiconductor customers and driving technology adoption
- Experience managing large technical teams, workforce planning, and business forecasts
- Strong leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Experience with advanced semiconductor manufacturing and integration across multiple technology areas
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting TSMC or other leading semiconductor manufacturers
- Leadership experience within semiconductor equipment companies such as KLA, ASML, Hitachi High-Tech, Nova, or Applied Materials
