Job Summary
Lead development and delivery of the PUA programme on time, within budgets and to quality and safety standards, for one of QIC’s largest projects. Drive a world-class customer experience aligned to Qiddiya’s City of Play vision; enable a safe, future-ready, sustainable system designed for automation, scalability, and zero-emission operations. Lead a multidisciplinary team through planning and design, ensuring alignment with regulatory and community expectations; oversee procurement from packaging through tendering to contract award; negotiate and manage contracts with consultants, contractors, and suppliers; ensure a seamless transition from construction to service delivery; represent the organization at public forums and industry engagements; develop talent and capability for long-term success across the Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- PMP (or other project management certification)
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in large scale infrastructure projects, with at least 10 years in senior leadership role
- Delivering highly complex transit or metro projects from inception to completion
- Strong knowledge of public sector procurement, contract management, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication, influence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with the cultural and regulatory context of the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia - preferred
- International, preferably in both developed and developing markets
