Job Summary
Senior Director of Planning, Strategy & Value within RBC AI Group responsible for leading the strategy, portfolio planning, governance, and value realization for AI & Digital Transformation initiatives. Drive enterprise-aligned ADT strategy, manage large-scale AI programs, coordinate funding and execution, and provide executive governance updates (Board, GE, OC). Collaborate with senior leaders, finance, and the Value Office to articulate AI value realization, shape investment decisions, and ensure sustained enterprise impact. Requires extensive experience in strategy/ transformation, portfolio or program management, and strong cross-functional leadership, financial governance, and communication skills. The role emphasizes leadership in strategy formulation, governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management within a dynamic financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years in strategy, transformation, consulting, or financial services leadership
- 8-10 years experience in leadership roles in portfolio or program management
- 8-10 years experience working with senior executives, governance deliverables and cross-functional alignment
