Job Summary
Senior Director, Pharmacy Operations oversees strategic leadership to pharmacists-in-charge across multiple facilities, managing PICs and ensuring performance metrics and regulatory compliance. responsible for budgeting participation, policy and procedure development for the pharmacy program, and collaboration with internal departments to resolve cross-functional operational issues, including pharmacy audit, communications, and network pricing. Leads development and management of pharmacy provider education, orientation, and training activities within the pharmacy network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care or related field
- 8+ years of health care operations management experience
- Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance
- Current state’s Pharmacist license
