Job Summary
Lead the Auto Product Telematics Product organization, defining and executing the long-term telematics strategy to drive growth, profitability, and customer experience objectives. Own the product portfolio, including roadmap development, prioritization, and investment planning, while evaluating program performance and value realization across Personal Auto, Claims, and Small Commercial. Scale telematics capabilities and manage vendor strategy, partnering with Product, Data Science, and Technology leaders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions. Drive the design of customer experiences, ensure successful product rollout, and build a high-performing team focused on innovation and accountability. Influence senior leaders across the enterprise to advance strategic priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Highly developed quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to influence other leaders across an organization
- 10+ years progressively responsible work experience in an analytically driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in consulting or call center / customer service analytics in insurance or financial services
- MBA or advanced degree in quantitative field
