Job Summary
Lead the Auto Product Telematics organization, defining and executing long-term strategy to drive growth, profitability, and customer experience objectives. Own the telematics product portfolio, including roadmap development, prioritization, and investment planning, while evaluating program performance and value realization across Personal Auto, Claims, and Small Commercial. Scale capabilities by partnering with Product, Data Science, and Technology leaders to deliver innovative solutions and manage vendor strategy. Drive customer experience design for mobile apps and touchpoints, ensure successful rollout through strong program delivery, and build a high-performing team. Monitor competitive trends and industry best practices to inform future investments. Influence senior leaders across the enterprise to align on strategic priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Highly developed quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to influence other leaders across an organization
- 10+ years progressively responsible work experience in an analytically driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in consulting or call center / customer service analytics in insurance or financial services
- MBA or advanced degree in quantitative field
