Job Summary
Senior Director, P&O Operations responsible for shaping and driving the People & Organization agenda across North America Operations; leads organizational design, deployment of signature P&O processes, and partners with Operations Leaders to enable business growth, associate experience, and strategic staffing across ~1,900 associates and ~60 labs/sites; requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and deep expertise in HR across dispersed teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; master’s or other advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources and/or multi-Unit Operations with HR partner experience
- 7+ years leadership experience including recruiting, developing and engaging a team
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
