Job Summary
Senior Director, People & Culture Data, Analytics & Integrations leads the end-to-end data, reporting, integration, and workflow ecosystem for People & Culture, owning SAP SuccessFactors configuration and integrations, analytics via Microsoft Power BI, and AI strategy. The role acts as a strategic partner to CHRO/CIO and business leaders, oversees a team of analysts, and drives HR workflows, data validation, auditing, and governance to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience in HR technology, data, analytics, or enterprise systems leadership
- Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors (multiple modules preferred)
- Strong expertise in data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL)
- Proven experience managing enterprise integrations (APIs, middleware)
- Demonstrated experience driving AI initiatives or advanced analytics
