Job Summary
Lead a 4-6 member PM team to deliver ground-up construction and interior fit-out projects for corporate clients, directing client relationships, governance, and value delivery while maintaining KPI performance and adherence to contract requirements. Drive strategic program delivery, resource alignment, and performance reviews to ensure successful project outcomes. The role requires ten years of progressive PM experience, a Bachelor's degree, and preferred LEED/PMP designations, with visa sponsorship not provided. This is a senior, client-focused leadership position within a remote-enabled US operations footprint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ten years of documented, progressive experience in project management
- Ground-up construction experience required
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in local offices and remote locations
- Knowledge around property and transaction management
- Six Sigma/process improvement experience preferred
- LEED and PMP professional designations preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no visa sponsorship)
