Job Summary
As Senior Director of Partner Sales & Reseller Programs, lead the development of the indirect revenue engine by defining and implementing a partner strategy across various partner types. Responsibilities include building go-to-market assets, managing partner relationships, and ensuring strong partner experience and enablement. A deep understanding of sales processes, strong analytical skills, and collaboration capabilities with internal teams are essential. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, a strong network in relevant regions, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in indirect B2B SaaS sales
- Prior experience as a partner sales leader
- Active network of distributors, resellers, and global system integrators in APAC and Middle East
- Mastery of communication and presentation skills
- Strong strategic, analytical, and business acumen
- Startup DNA and a 'Juggernaut' mindset
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Strong technical fluency
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
